2.Shoulder press 4X6-8
3.Upright rowsX10 SS Shoulder pressX8-10 for 3 sets
4.Bench push ups 4 sets until failure
5.Cable lat raises X10 SS cable upright rows X10 for 3 sets
6.Core and lat raise sequence X10 per arm for 3 sets
7.Battle ropes 30 seconds on 30 seconds off for 4 sets
