Here are five easy and helpful tips to staying lean and healthy!

Pancake Recipe:

1. 1 banana
2. Handful of oats
3. 1 egg
4. Vanilla protein powder or any flavour you like
5. Add a dash of water if too thick
6. Blend well
7. And cook! I used coconut oil to cook.
